UpdateAs I had paid via PayPal I raised a dispute thereafter the dog coat size XL was sent I received today and it is tiny wouldn t fit a Yorkie never mind my Collie also of cheap nasty material - complete con Original review Oh how I wish I read reviews I suspect my order will never arrive it s already been weeks and the communication is non existent other than automated emails - I suspect this company operates abroad - China It s a scam If only I could give no stars

Returns have to be sent to Austria

I ordered the Scratch house It took 2- 3 weeks to arrive but unlike so many other people it did actually get to me However it s complete rubbish It s made of pieces of corrugated cardboard stuck together with a few pieces of plywood In a plain cardboard box with no labels or instructions I immediately emailed and requested a return and refund 2 days later I have a reply - they want returns sent to Austria This is quite a heavy parcel it s likely to cost way more to post than it s worth or even than I originally paid for it A complete scam

Avoid this company

I ordered a Christmas gift on 1 December The company stated 1 week for delivery I am still waiting and I had to buy a replacement gift from a different supplier When I tried to cancel this order the company refused and said my item is in transit They said I can return it when it arrives But I d have to pay for the return Do not buy from them

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing What I ordered took forever to come they then use the terrible delivery company whom sent me a picture of proof of delivery its not my house so I have no idea where my parcel is When trying to sort it out several times i get a robotic response from Ally not even answering my question making me more crossthan im already feeling I expect a refund

Ordered from this company on 14th December but as yet it still hasn t been dispatched I emailed the company today and they replied that it looks like my order is lost As it has been 2 weeks and there has been no updates from them I instructed them to cancel the order and refund The reply to that was a request would be sent to the partner company and I will be updated when they have a response from them MY ADVICE TO ANY ONE CONSIDERING IT - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Saying bed deliverd but I didn t order untill the 16th Dec this order was made in November REALLY

Have insited that my dog bed has been deliverd gave me a tracking with pictures of somone with a delivery funny thing was that order was made in November as clear as day on the tracking my order was made 16th December I m in sutton that order was up north DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
