I’m still waiting for my order, and I have no idea why it’s taking so long. The tracking information makes no sense. It's been sent from one location to another, passing through more than 15 different stations, and none of it explains where the package actually is. I originally thought it was shipping from within the UK, but that clearly isn’t the case. If it doesn’t arrive soon, I’ll be requesting a refund.

Don’t Waste Your Money on This Unreliable Company
I placed my order on October 31st, and as of November 20th, I still haven’t received anything. Every time I contact the company, I get nothing but automated replies. The tracking number on their website shows the package is “in transit,” but when I checked through a different tracking service, it showed the shipment was abandoned for being overweight or oversized. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and have now requested a refund. I’m extremely disappointed because I ordered three new toys for my cat and was hoping they would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, I only discovered afterward that this company operates through unreliable drop-shipping, and their service reflects that. Save yourself the frustration and avoid ordering from here.
