Surprise box awesome items and excellent customer service
I purchased a surprise box and it was packed full of wonderful toys and accessories and the box turned into the cutest little cat house The kitties all love the toys I was disappointed that the scratch it that was part of the box was missing so I reached out to customer care and they were very helpful They offered to send me a gift certificate which I appreciated When I shared I planned to purchase one of the wands that was in the box so the cats would have a second one they offered to send me one of those instead I very much appreciated that offer The wand came just the other day and my two kittens are obsessed Even the less active older cat cannot resist it The quality of the items in the box made the purchase well worth it and Happy Polly s customer service was very easy to work with If you see a surprise box on sale I would say try it It s worth it

This is the first time I ordered from Happy Polly and I d do it again I was pleased with all products and felt that the quality of the items were compliant with the price points I especially am impressed with the cat tree It is sturdy and stylish I had put off buying a cat tree but now that I have a maine coon it was either buy one or risk having him use my Christmas tree as one It was easy to put together and had multiple options for configuration Absolutely pleased with this purchase Worth every penny and he loves it

Love the ceramic mushroom house fountain It is beautiful very cute and works great My cat loves it It is not too noisy and very easy to use It came quickly and was packed well I really like that there is a rubber stopper around the part of the cord that goes into the fountain Great feature All around a great experience Highly recommend

I gave my son a pillow and other items with his cat on them I asked him to rate his purchase and he said to give you 20 stars out of 10 so he s very pleased It did take about 3 weeks to arrive so just plan accordingly though it also was the busy Christmas season
