Complete disrespect

I have shopped at this store for a long time now and my most recent purchase was a complete dud Literally nothing inside I was able to get a replacement but the amount of disrespect I was subjected to was totally beyond the pale No apology for wasting my time no hello or goodbye and the sales woman laughed in my face when I voiced my concerns They wordless threw a replacement at me like I wasn t even worth their time If you ever shop here i highly recommend you CHECK YOU STUFF And make sure you don t get burned Or better yet SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

Bizarre payment process

This is a question not just a review I was about to order from this site but after entering my details and selecting my items received an email from a gmail address telling me that freight is dearer than anticipated due to covid So up from whatever it was tto 40 then in the same breath it just went up to 46 The person who emailed me also provided me with their CBA bank details to credit - no business invoice no details just credit this account I found the whole process odd so didnt go ahead with it No paypal no credit card payment just a credit transfer to a perssons account not to a business

I ve ordered products on Monday and it is Saturday now The products have not even been sent yet Their website says that the delivery takes 3-4 work days Seems like their service quality has deteriorated because I ve previously had positive shopping experience with them

Short use-by dates

The delivery went well However products that have been delivered have a significantly shorter use-by date than the same products purchased in stores
