An excellent service from James at Cadnam Happy Hot Tubs He had a good knowledge of the products didn t pressure a sale but advised of the best options for us kept us informed of the delivery and followed up to make sure we are getting along with the Hot Tub The only thing he didn t provide was some decent sun to go with it Highly recommended

I ve been a customer for many years and always receive great service and support Recently while getting the speaker surrounds replaced there was an issue where the engineer removed the speakers entirely Rob was dispatched to fix the problem and I must say he did an excellent job ensuring everything was resolved It s only when issues arise that you truly discover how good a company is and I can confidently say that Happy Hot Tubs have been outstanding Moreover it s the people that make a huge difference and Rob was exceptional

We have been ordering our tub chemicals from Happy Hot Tubs for quite some time now and the service has always been first class a slight hiccup in our most recent order one phone call to their team and our problem was corrected within 24hrs WELL DONE

Realised hot tub overdosed at 2 50pm on Thursday 23 2 24 Online to Happy Hot Tubs at 2 55pm and Chlorine reducer order placed By 4 30pm confirmation received that order despatched by Royal Mail recorded delivery At 11 30am 24 2 24 chemicals received and OD reversal commenced It s rare in this day and age unless using a certain large company to get such a level of service I will be using Happy Hot Tubs again

Having researched hot tubs on-line the models supplied by Happy Hot Tubs came out really well as being good quality products As we were passing one of their outlets we decided to drop in for some information - we came out having ordered one The reason being we felt very comfortable with the advice we were given there was no hard sell Rob Savage was extremely helpful and able to answer all our questions and offer really good guidance on which hot tub would best meet our needs He kept us informed up to delivery and was available to help with queries after installation The process and communication prior to delivery meant that on the day everything was straight forward and stress free Harry and Toby delivered and installed our tub and gave us a good run down of everything we needed to know Since set up it s been used often after a bit of settling down with the chemicals over the first week we seem to have got it really balanced so having to do very little and add the minimum chlorine as everything else is spot on It s blissful We bought the Hotspot Propel
