The idea itself is fantastic My mother-in-law is going to absolutely LOVE her new Piece of Ireland gift Super fast shipping and great communication Only complaint as others have noted is the deed itself is not great Not sure if it s an image file or a PDF that they print but the words are very slightly blurry and the seal is just illegible Tough to read it For 69 which is more expensive than some other buy a plot of land gifts you would expect better craftsmanship

Updating my original review and can only say good things about HappyLandGifts I had ordered a piece of Tuscany for my sister s bday and for some reason tracking didn t update and the email I sent to follow up was lost However I received an email from one of the co-founders which was both human and heartfelt and they made things right in the best possible way The gift arrived quickly and it s exceptional Very happy and would absolutely order from them again
