This site is definitely a scam I placed an order that never came I also sent several emails that were never answered

Fake vape cartridges

These are fake vape cartridges The liquid color does not match with the real one It does not hit you The vape battery is not the one on the website You get a complete different battery The vapes does not come with the originally black boxes Also the amount you get is not mentioned on the website These are all 0 5 grams cartridges instead of 1 gram So all with all I would not recommend happy vape

Very bad service and customer support

Very bad service and customer support Additionally the product was not as described and seems fake the liquid had mixed colour - brown and yellow the cartridge looked like it was opened previously and it had a burnt taste but that is not the point I ordered 2x Batteries and 2x Cartridges but I received only one of both I couldn t establish any contact with customer support as they do not answer when you send them an e-mail which is the only way to contact them

No product no communication no money

I ordered a vape and cartridge on 26th September payment was received and processed by 28th September Since then I ve received neither the product nor any communication from the seller It s been several weeks and despite my repeated efforts to reach out I ve gotten no response The products aren t cheap so a lack of communication makes this even worse I m sure customers would be more understanding if there was at least some transparency or a request for patience but the silence is unacceptable I strongly advise others to reconsider ordering from here

Order 15623 not delivered

I ordered before with them several times and never had problems with them I was happy with their products I recently purchased an order on 24 10 24 got payment reception confirmation and never received track and trace email I have written to them several times it was more than 100 eur order This now seems to be a scam sadly

A lot of hold up and barely no contact

I got a lot of complaints about the delivery time and the messy customer service besides that did they postpone my delivery date by 4 days because of the late packaging and sending after it was sent i didn t receive no type of track and trace mail for 2 whole days because it didn t arrive at the PostNL s central point and after it arrived at the central point it got delayed AGAIN but eventually i got what i asked for with a lot of hold up
