Slightly expensive but good
Purchased a wax warmer and wax melt set which arrived in a timely fashion The warmer works well and the citrus melts smell wonderful They are slightly more expensive then other melts I ve seen Though they are made 100 natural soy and infused with essential oils

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent I was having trouble with my warmer and it was still within the warranty period They first shipped me a new power cord as we thought that may be the issue and when it didn t resolve they sent me a new warmer right away I really like all their scents and especially how easy it is to remove the dried wax I was a scentsy customer for a long time but will now switch to Happy Wax
