Poor understanding of own website and terrible communication

Placed an order over a week ago Numerous emails requesting information already submitted and now requesting telephone conversation I requested my money back as I am less than pleased at repeating myself I have a business to run don t have time to waste No refund still insisting I call but number does not connect or time difference is an issue Poor customer service Cannot rate product as I ve not received one A waste of everyone s time

False advertising for a product they can not supply and let us down right before Christmas on an order that was paid for in advance The website allows designs to be created and logos uploaded but its only after you put the order in and make payment they then contact you saying that they need the whole template supplied in a format they just print even the simple wording otherwise if they needed to do it wouldnt be able to until end of January We even spoke to them via phone prior to ordering to make sure of everything and the delivery time which they assured us would be around a week Not happy order cancelled straight away on the plus side they did process the refund straight away I think because they knew they were in the wrong
