Angela Reynolds harcourts Thames has terrible customer service skills is unreliable and dishonest My experience with Angela is the worse I have ever endured she says she will call me back but doesn t and I m left to chase her I understand harcourts have alot of applications but when I see a house pop up on the Harcourt site and I apply for it and call straight away to be told oh there are literally hundreds of applicants already Like I m not a number Angela I m a person and are you telling me within an hour there are 100s of applications Okay so when are your viewing times Oh I ll call and let you know okay one week later two weeks later six applications for six different rentals via Angela I have never got one text or email or phone call from this agent not one viewing nothing But I did catch her on a lie and she cannot deny this as I have a recording on my phone she thought I was her friend and swore at me saying k send your bond form I lost it hahaha omg last week was crazy what are you doing I said um I m not your friend I m a client and do you often give houses to your mates and she said oh omg sorry I thought you were someone else I hung up and ever since then I am done with harcourts Thames and their immature behaviour I called the office to tell them but they didn t care to listen the woman on the other end just said oh she probably just got confused I mean really us that your professional response because to me they look at clients like numbers pffft thankfully I got treated like a person by LJ Hooker and am renting a lovely home with lovely mature agents If I could give Angela some advice it would be to treat people with respect and carry a notebook to jot down dates you say you will call people back and follow through with your talk Also be mindful of your swearing when answering phone calls on a business phone People just be mindful not All harcourts are probably like this but Thames definitely are

If I could give Harcourts a 0 i would Will never buy a property or deal with them ever If you are looking to rent or buy with them then I would suggest looking elsewhere

Had a really bad or should I say the worst experience with harcourts When we were notified that the owner of the flat we are renting decided to sell the house we were given the chance by the sales department side to decide whether to stay until the contract ends or move out early without paying for breach of contract which the owner agreed Thus we decided to move out before our contract ends We contacted the agent from the rental department about our decision All she said was she never had any knowledge about it Come to think of it they both work at the same company and property but failed to update each other about the owner and tenants plans decision Plus the agent from the sales told us beforehand that he will contact the agent from the rental department about the situation So we thought everyone were already informed Days were wasted waiting for a decision They also told us to be patient But whenever they want something from us they want it asap Fastforward to moving out So they allowed us to move out of the flat Cleaning time We made sure that the flat looked as it was when we moved in But when they inspected the house they weren t satisfied about it They told us they re going to compare it with the previous photos Never heard anything about them until they sent us an email about the charges been done for the cleaning Never again with harcourts

Disgusting how they treat their
Disgusting how they treat their renters Especially in these over priced Studio rooms that no one wants as is Imagine paying higher rent than others in your building and you have the smallest room Not only this I have less features in my room such as a bathroom window for ventilation I pay 20 more than other tenants with bigger rooms They took 8 weeks to tell me that I owed them money I had dropped my rent to match others rental prices and my property manager said he will discuss with home owners That made me think it was okay to drop my fixed term rental price per week to 240 instead of 260 Apparently not Today I wake up with an email suggesting I pay the arrears otherwise I ll be permitted to tribunal Now this would normally be considered my fault But it had taken them 8 weeks to notice my rent decrease and they didn t bother to tell me until now So this week I ve gone without food in my stomach because they instantly wanted 160 out of me I would never suggest you rent with Harcourt s they don t reply to emails and referrals They don t have sympathy or remorse against their customers They are a stuck up company that struggles to even rent these rooms out Yet alone sell homes I thinks it s so funny They re a very bad company and make younger teens go hungry because all they want is money

We have seen a rental property on Trademe
We have seen a rental property on trademe listed by Harcourts Rangiora We emailed as it had the email option The following day I checked the add again and called the cell phone number for the rental agent and no answer so left a message No response from email or cellphone Then we started calling the office on Monday and to be told rental agent away on conference put through to her phone to leave message left message No response called again on Wednesday - put through and told to leave message she will get back to you Nothing from her still Called back today Thursday told to leave message so was put through to her phone again Then I called back and asked the receptionist to take the message she said the rental agent will get back to me NO one has called us back What is going on with this company where is the owner or manager to deal with this awful service

This is relevant to Harcourts ASAP Narre Warren Hallam They didn t tell me my tenant had vacated They were informed but due to their incompetence they didn t know or act The property was left in a very poor state with the door unlocked Harcourts ASAP Arguably Slowest Assistance Possible does not know how to answer the phone return an email get back to you when they state inform and update their staff turnover is high they just don t know how to be an effective quality business Simply they do not do what they say They have displayed a shocking level of incompetence and I soon realised I had no one effectively manage my property for at least 2 months Considering what I have been through I am imagining a show run by careless ignorant muppets who also don t make life easy for their staff hence the staff turnover Kermit the frog could manage my property and communicate better I can go on and on so I invite anyone dealing with Arguably Slowest Assistance Possible to call me to hear more 0488797976 and to recommend someone more professional I fully believe the other negative reviews avoid avoid avoid Pissed off home owner all ASAP s doing Seyhan

Don t use Harcourts Dalview The lady was unprofessional and a horror to work with We had to take our own photo s and do our own write-up of the property and then to top it off she listed the house price incorrectly And when I called her out she blamed everyone else for her mistakes Really and honestly the worst experience of my life and moving is already not easy

Absolutely horrible experience during the open home I visited open home after auction that has been hosted by Looie James She put property on the auction without completing due diligence part of the property didn t even belong to the current owner When my partner asked her direct questions about it instead of properly explaining and answering his reasonable questions she started calling him rude and asked us to leave the property Room was full of people I am glad all of them heard that agent should disclose that type information straight away for the potential buyers without doing general sales pitches I found this way of selling property an absolute scam If she can t handle this type of discussions she probably should not work with the customers I have been to many open homes and dealt with a lot of agents never had experience like this

Abominable follow through and shocking service
Never purchase a property through Harcourts Shocking service No follow through and they refuse to take responsibility for their own ineptness and pathetic service It s not the first time dealing with these clowns but this takes the cake They re happy to sell a property but refuse to take responsibility for their dismal follow through and proper checking Shocking filth and broken items when moving into your new house purchased and they don t care They allege they did an inspection - well if that s what you call an inspection you re not worth the toilet paper it s written on Not the first time such service has seeped out of this entity Be warned They re Charletons and once that wad of commission is in their pockets the agents are shocking It s a disgrace there s no consequences for this firm
