I just purchased my 3rd Hello Hoodie I have a jade summer one and a Mint cowl neck one So when I saw a seconds minor faults sale - it was perfect excuse to justify a third This time Orange Hello Cowl No regrets Love that HATG are so responsible that they sell off their seconds etc and they are such good quality even with minor flaws If dithering don t canthavetoomanyhoodies

I love Hari The Gang I had to exchange a Luxe Hoodie after giving it as a Christmas Present Wrong size but I had no problem getting an exchange as usual HATG was very helpful I always get compliments on my Hello Hoodies and will always recommend go back to this shop Thank you again

Excellent customer service especially from Elizabeth I made a mistake on my order and contacted them and it was really quickly rectified Then I wanted to swap the sizes again this was really quickly dealt with Superb speed of communication and efficiency The hoodies themselves are really lovely quality look great and with brilliant eye for detail

What a wonderful company I made a mistake with the delivery address when I ordered so I emailed on Sunday evening and I had a response by 9am on Monday morning Issue was rectified so quickly super efficient and friendly communication How wonderful to deal with such super people Thank you

I have had a brilliant experience with Hari and the Gang The customer service is delightful as you have the personal small and happy family run feeling with them which is mostly unheard of these days I especially loved the smiley face sorry written on my order form with my clothes when there was a slight hiccup which was dealt with immediately The clothing is excellent quality too I m starting to think my new Hello cowl jumper is going to have to be surgically removed from me as it s so comfortable I ve been wearing it for days Thank you all at Hari and the Gang
