I had had a bad experience previously when I could not get hold of a real person to speak to - I think there were no staff on the phones So with some trepidation I called again this week as a further payment had been taken in error I got through straight away spoke to a lovely lady called Louise She completely understood all my issues resolved them I had to cancel one membership and put two on a further freeze and arrange a refund of the payment taken in error This was all dealt with efficiently and I subsequently received an email with all the agreed arrangements So please try again if you have had issues in the past Thank you so much Louise

I give 5 stars only to Mr Michael Dunne Hopefully one day Harlands Group and Exercises4less will have so kind and polite staff as Mr Michael I had troubles with my membership cancellation in Exercises4less My calls and emails didn t help - no one person didn t want to listen hear me I was sure that customer care service is the worst in the world Today everything is solved - I had the possibility to talk with Mr Dunne So now I have to change my opinion and to say the biggest thanks to Mr Michael Sincerely I wish all the best Remember this name - in case

These guys are amazing after having so many issues with gocardless Harlands took complete control of the situation and made me feel very at ease at a very stressful time Yoana and Albino were unreal I would highly recommend these guys to anyone out there 10 stars

Alison quickly fixed my problem and was polite I had been charged for cancelling my direct debit which is the way to cancel the membership I emailed explaining and asking for my membership to be cancelled and she fixed all of this for me Cancelled my membership and removed the charges
