Rude customer care
Had bad experience with their support team It s actually the first time am seeing member of the support team exchange words with their customer They promised free migration so I decided to open a ticket to help cause it was an emergency Where I was I don t have access to good network to do it After responding he said I should trsnsfer the site to their cPanel my self I said if I can do that I won t be there asking him to He said the zipping the file will take time cause my site has exhausted the allocated memory giving to it that it can t be done I said if it s about zipping the file he should head to softiculous that I have a zipped version there next thing he got angry that since I claim I know better than him I should go and do it my self Wasn t expecting this from a customer care He then started with his drama I had to take my self to namecheap fast fast they answered me and started the migration process without any drama or complain This is why the whites will always be ahead of Africa If you want peace stay away from Nigerian hosting especially from companies like this

Worst hosting platform They will delete your site for no reason Their platform is so slow Small New site with zero traffic is getting 503 error with solution on resolving it
