I ve used a lot of fitness apps but this one stands out because of its cycle-based approach It feels like it s made specifically for women which is refreshing I love how it tracks my progress and adjusts the workouts accordingly I d love to see more recipes added to the meal plan section

Clear instruction Wish it was iPad friendly
Certain exercises give great clear instruction and others are a little rushed at least for me who is a beginner Love the helpful motivation throughout I only wish it was compatible with iPad so the videos could be a bit bigger than just with the phone screen
