My journey started with Harron initially many months ago when I decided it was time to move on I have dealt with a number of different staff along the way My involvement with them took off in April when my purchase was agreed For 4 months I have felt very comfortable with the process having not moved for 40 years and Rachel has been a constant source of support She has chased my solicitors and those belonging to my chain in order to obtain a speedy completion Would recommend them to anyone

We visited the High Gables site yesterday to view a showhome we were interested in Allison Melia was there to assist and from the start she was just brilliant She was interested engaged and highly knowledgeable with our queries and took time to assist us even though we were looking at another site this was the nearest location to us to view a specific home She made a couple of calls on our behalf and spoke to our local site office going out of her way to do so She was the bubbliest friendliest advisor and a credit to your company Staff in customer facing roles don t always get the recognition they deserve and people are too quick to complain but Allison was brilliant Thank you so much for making our trip worthwhile

From the moment we rang to book an appointment at Shipley Lakeside Charlotte has provided nothing less than a 5 service She has been so helpful but not pushy throughout the entire process Nothing is too much trouble and she will always do her absolute best to accommodate any requests Also a shout out to Charlotte s colleague Helen who helped us when picking out our options Appreciate you putting up with out indecisiveness We absolutely cannot wait to move into our new home towards the end of the year

Harron Homes De Maulay Manor

What a lovely development Just reserved a Shelford today The house is ready to move into and have to say the finish and specification are very good The development has excellent communication links with the M18 A1 a short distance away The Lakeside retail and leisure facilities are just 5 minutes away be car There also looks to be some great walks nearby with a nature reserve in walking distance Jeanett has been very helpful in the sales office and can t wait to move in

Shipley Lakeside

We re loving our new home at Shipley Lakeside Charlotte was amazing from start to finish and always kept us updated on the progress of the build When we had a delay in selling our previous home she did everything she could to ensure we ended up with the house we wanted Like most new builds we had a number of snagging issues the painters could have taken more care but Jamie and Richard are working hard to resolve these and give us every confidence any outstanding work will get sorted The whole team are a credit to Harron s
