Possibly the best experience I ever had when having my car serviced From the initial enquiry to the booking in and on the day of the service Kept informed at all times Absolutely 5 stars and at a fair price So glad I found the Harrow Service Centre

MOT conducted with integrity

I have had bad experiences at other garages where the MOT is used to generate business by intentionally damaging MOT critical components during the MOT to create a MOT failure and then charging for the repair of that damage I have noticed a pattern in such garages the MOT cost is reduced the MOT area is located furthest from the waiting area it is badly lit another car may be parked in front of the MOT area ie you cannot observe the MOT At Harrow Service Centre the MOT area is well lit I was able to closely observe the MOT This should be industry standard This is so important to me I have awarded 5 stars

Excellent service

These guys performed an oil and filter change interim service on my 2 year old BMW 3-series Very professional to deal with and over 30 cheaper than the price I was quoted by BMW main dealer Will be using in future

I have been using Harrow Service Centre for quite a few years now and I have to say their service has always been excellent The staff are not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly friendly and welcoming The prices for their services are fair and reasonable making it a great option for those on a budget I have never had any issues with the quality of their work and they always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction I highly recommend Harrow Service Centre to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs Their consistent excellent service has made me a loyal customer and I will continue to bring my car to them for all my needs in the future

I have used Harrow Service Centre regularly for many of years with a number of different cars and have always found them to be very helpful reliable and trustworthy This was an annual service and MOT which as normal they told me exactly what needed to be replaced They get to know their customers by name and vehicle so where I have had any concerns about my vehicles I have felt comfortable in being able to phone them up and get advice or drop the vehicle off to be looked at repaired They discuss what needs to be done and any options and check the price is ok before doing the work I hope that I can find a garage that is as reliable near where I am moving to

Smooth and Fast

Everything went smoothly and quickly Kush was the one keeping me informed and explaining the process of my broken clutch He was constantly updating the process and got my car back on the road sooner than expected
