I LOVED everything that came in it So sad to read the other reviews Mine was P E R F E C T This are the best pears I ve ever tasted in my life I don t regret doing this purchase

Very Disappointed

Wow After 2 separate very frustrating issues with holiday orders for 2023 I decided to submit a review I have bought from Harry and Davids for many years and have always had a positive experience and everyone that s received their boxes and baskets has raved positively No longer As many have already noted their quality has dropped significantly as has their extremely poor customer service experience I placed over 800 in holiday orders this year Next year I m going to find a better option I d like to think the owners of Harry and David s read these reviews and take action but I am not optimistic

Harry David is not reliable

I order a charcuterie board to be delivered to a friend I ordered it on 12 3 and received a voice mail on 12 16 that they are out-of-stock Why did it take 13 days to be notified that they could not fulfill my order After reading all the reviews I am glad I cancelled the order and ordered somewhere else I will not use Harry David again

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a client gift of 2 bottles of wine and chocolate truffles The box arrived empty Customer service is outsourced to India and they had difficulty even understanding the issue FedEx tracking showed the package to be 1 lb in weight so clearly no wine was inside

Awful experience

Awful experience Paid 20 shipping for a sympathy gift for my uncle that just died Shipping date was slated for 10 days later Asked customer service about getting it there faster 25 more Asked how much expedited would have been at checkout 25 So they end up charging me both for changing it So paid 45 in the end for shipping which still is 5 days Warned I d be leaving a bad review and last time shopping with them Was told they had to terminate chat immediately for inappropriate language Didn t even curse once Inappropriate means they don t like the truth Will literally never be shopping here again

Terrible service

Terrible service I was guaranteed deliver for two weeks after placing the order It never got delivered It contained perishable items and was stuck in a warehouse hundreds of miles away I spoke with a virtual assistant who didn t help a real assistant who didn t help and had a telephone call with an assistant who offered to send a new order that wouldn t arrive until after the recipient was going to be gone for two weeks When I said that was no acceptable I was offered a partial refund

I sent the Signature Tower of Treats to my sister and her husband All 6 Royal Riviera pears in the order were rotten I tried attaching photos It took a FULL HOUR with several layers of 1-800-Flowers Asian based customer support every different agent asking me the same question to get the problem rectified Since Harry and David sold out to 1-800-Flowers they have gone from the best to sucking After 2 decades I will no longer use them

Poor customer service

I placed two separate orders for Christmas gifts They were delivered within a few days of me placing the orders However there were no cards notes inside either of the boxes nor any indication on the outside of the boxes of who the gifts were from I did not receive a confirmation email or a thank you email for placing my order Harry David has really slipped in the quality of their service I will not be placing any future orders I doubt that my complaint will get any attention after reading other complaints on here and learning that customer service has been outsourced to India Sad ending to what used to be a great company

Terrible customer service They re just there to delay and run you around An overpriced company that can t even provide basic information It s suspicious and scammer-like Let them go under Terrible Don t buy from them Seriously

Terrible customer service was charged twice and meat and cheese basket never delivered They told me to call my credit card bank They are horrible I used to order all the time and it was reliable I don t know what happened to them Their customer service is contracted out to India and you can t even understand or get through I will never order from them again and I m telling everyone I know and through social media
