I bought a beautiful x4 off HMC in May and I was truly impressed with the level of service I received No pressure to buy above average offer for my part exchange and a smooth transaction In-fact the team bent over backwards to get the car ready for me as I was on a tight schedule Once I purchased the car it had one minor issue which needed rectifying but upon speaking to Van and his team the bill was settled without question and it was outside my warranty It was a pleasure doing business with this company from start to to finish If you are looking for a prestige car then look no further

I purchased a Mercedes Coupe 2017 from Hartlepool Motor Company I could not be more pleased I was a little anxious as I bought online and I am on the other side of the country from Hartlepool The delivery was exceptional and I was more than pleased A few weeks later I noticed a slight problem with the Stop-Start functionality I mentioned this to Van and he advised me to get to a reputable mechanic and get a diagnostic test implemented and he would sort it The issue was a slightly low battery level and a sensor The work was executed and Van covered the whole process with the mechanic exceptional aftersales service and integrity
