Bad at order processing and communication
They said they received my order for a CPAP machine on Feb 2nd My Dr said it should take a few weeks After a few weeks I called and was told it was being processed Now March 10th I called and they said they only received the order on February 2nd and haven t done anything with it They told me to call back in a week and see if they have started processing it Really Over a month and they haven t done a thing Horrible

Terrible customer service Could not get a straight answer about my Rx from four different customer service representatives and finally was disconnected while waiting for yet another representative This is not the way to take care of business I will be speaking with my provider about changing companies Ridiculous

Beware - Webshop has INACCURATE Inventory
Bait Switch - FYI the company s website store does not have accurate information about its inventory The website indicates there is stock and AFTER you provide credit card information they notify you that they have no inventory and no ETA I specifically looked for online reviews of this company to determine whether they were a legit medical supply vendor This is for people in the same situation-- who wonder whether to provide their credit card information and who are concerned about whether they can rely on timely product delivery Now I have to go through a refund order process It is a hassle and now one more company with contact info and credit card details that can be hacked Websites are capable of providing real time inventory information This is a deliberate deceptive decision by the company in order to expand their customer list Shame on this company for its deceptive practice

Attempted double billing
First don t use this place Second if you do make sure you check your bill and whether or not you already paid it I placed an order online with them and paid at that point which you know is typically how an online order works I received a bill in the mail as I started to write out a check I realized wait I paid this online So I trashed it Next I received an email due to the unpaid bill I contacted them and told them it was already paid The response was we will have to check with the representative on your account to take care of this Never heard back assumed it was taken care of Today got a phone call trying to collect on the paid unpaid bill Hung up and called the number for Hart Medical Equipment Was told my estimated wait time would be less than 3 minutes every about 30 seconds or so you get the same message press this to leave a message and get a call back or blah blah blah basically trying to get you off hold and allow them to determine when you get contacted I chose to wait on hold took about 10 minutes or so Finally got a hold of someone and she took down all of the information and is passing the information along to the Cash team I believe she said and hopefully get it taken care of Then is placing something on my account and I can call back if I get another bill This seems highly suspect that they are just trying to double bill people when they place an order online I would imagine senior citizens fall for this and end up paying twice

Nothing but issues with this company You call to try and get help you get to talk to receptionist who knows NOTHING Wrong information each time to get information about recently new c-pap Tried to make appointment with Tele Help Technician receptionist trying to resolve the issue Unprofessional and rude

Beware of Hart Medical
Beware of Hart Medical I will never use this company ever again Had my share with my CPAP Machine Nothing but a headache scene arriving Had to contact who ever Andre is for ongoing problems he actually stop answering my calls was left guessing what to do No one calls back respond to emails what s the use in filling out contact forms useless because no one responds back Gotten fed up I returned that machine My EMT is now looking for other options for me We discussed a couple options and no more machines My Orthopedic physician sent a prescription for a elbow brace for me I contacted them to get the status of course no answer left a message days went by and no one even called back I called my doctor and had them send it elsewhere Not ever doing business with Hart Medical again and it s the closest to me inside McLaren Macomb second or third floor

My experience with Hart Medical was a Unpleasant and Frustrating experience
My experience with Hart Medical was a terrible experience We took a prescription to Hart Medical in Grand Blanc Mi 11-14-2023 We were told we would hear from their Diabetic Division within 1-2 weeks After 2 weeks we called again We were told they were out of network for our Medical Insurance AND that they had forwarded our prescription Case Notes to another Medical Supply Company We called the new Company and they said they had not received anything from Hart Medical I re-called Hart Medical and was told they would re-send the Prescription I said and they need the case notes The very rude person I was talking to said we re not going to be chasing down any case notes 3 days later I called the new company and again was told we have not received anything from HART MEDICAL We decided to by-pass Heart Medical altogether and make another appointment with our Physician get another prescription and have it sent directly to the new provider Twice Hart Medical lied to us they never followed up and totally set the process back about a month Very unprofessional Representative was very rude Unaccommodating
