Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service Plan on long wait times on hold when calling into company Doctor orders faxed to company and claim never recelved Then only to find out a week later the oxygen unit is on backorder and there is a 3 month waiting list Not sure how many patients can wait 3 months to breathe

My doctor prescribed a continuous
My doctor prescribed a continuous glucose monitor six weeks ago I completed the forms with Hart after calling them for two weeks to get them to send the form to receive the monitor Since then I call once a week talk to someone who said each time that I will get a call back regarding when I will receive the monitor This whole thing has been going on for more than six weeks now I ve filed a complaint with my insurance carrier My next step is to try and cancel the order and go to a different company The location I was using is on Ballenger Hwy In Flint

Poor customer service
Poor customer service They do not answer phone after 22 minutes on hold Oxygen people would not assist with provider to get the order as they specifically wanted it written Flint office staff indifferent and not helpful I requested a manager online and was told none were available However the online person said everyone would be emailed STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS There are better companies out there

This company apparently does not honor the prices they show on their website Never received my order spoke to associates was told they were not sure when the product will arrive in stock Emailed again but no response Amazing Actually rec d a reply from Hart this morning that my order is being shipped Thanks Trustpilot

Poor customer service
I would give this company 0 stars if it was possible Visited Hart medical equipment today for the third time since last month My father had a RX for a cane The customer service rep has given us the run around during all three visits Today was the final straw my father still was unable to receive his cane after we followed instructions given by the reps at the desk My dad and I were so frustrated by the overall experience with this company We will never support this business I will be reaching out to the corporate office going forward

Hart Medical billed me 72 25 for 1 pair of Jobst Medical Compression Stockings 15-20 mmHg This is twice the price of any other comparible Compression Sock They initially filled my prescription from my Dr by charging my medical insurance when the insurance company rejected the billing Hart sent the bill to me I tried to reason with Hart but they said I owe them 72 25 Really For one pair of socks

Unacceptable company
Unacceptable company I waited for a medical for over 2 weeks and then they just canceled my order without any notice Do not trust this company It s unacceptable to have a customer wait for 2 weeks for a medical device that will then get canceled Called customer support and they promised to call back which they never did Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else I wanted to support smaller businesses instead of Amazon but that s what you get

Right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing
While they send receipts for payment an invoice was requested for reimbursement from BCBSIL After calling to request an invoice Billing could not find my order a copy of the receipt to prove the purchase was made and needed to be sent After DAYS of waiting for a reply it was determined that because the order was placed online the E-commerce team had a record of the purchase While the Invoice was eventually emailed is this a good business practice that the right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing Putting the burden on the customer to prove an order was placed is ludacris and simply not acceptable For the sake of YOUR business Hart I hope changes will be made

Beware of this phony company
Beware of this phony companyI bought CPAP under my insurance in June of 2021 Paid all monthly payments upfront Hart medical charged me in March and April 22 127 and now asking to Pay 546 for the claim that was denied by Insurance in Aug 2021 No communications about denied claim till Nov of 2022 Called the customer service and customer service people are very rude and told me i can not return my equipment due to the sale was converted from lease to sale in June 2022 This is the worst medical company i have ever dealt with Please be Aware

My experience with Hart Medical was a Unpleasant and Frustrating experience
My experience with Hart Medical was a terrible experience We took a prescription to Hart Medical in Grand Blanc Mi 11-14-2023 We were told we would hear from their Diabetic Division within 1-2 weeks After 2 weeks we called again We were told they were out of network for our Medical Insurance AND that they had forwarded our prescription Case Notes to another Medical Supply Company We called the new Company and they said they had not received anything from Hart Medical I re-called Hart Medical and was told they would re-send the Prescription I said and they need the case notes The very rude person I was talking to said we re not going to be chasing down any case notes 3 days later I called the new company and again was told we have not received anything from HART MEDICAL We decided to by-pass Heart Medical altogether and make another appointment with our Physician get another prescription and have it sent directly to the new provider Twice Hart Medical lied to us they never followed up and totally set the process back about a month Very unprofessional Representative was very rude Unaccommodating
