Great for people with dietary restrictions

I wanted to get one of these for many years I was very hesitant because of the cost In the end I decided to justify it because I got a raise at work and I m on a low FODMAP diet This allows me to travel with food that I can actually eat I had a little hiccup with the customer service which made me wonder if customer service was talking to the technology people but in the end I got the latest software update and it s working great I ve got a lot of peace of mind knowing I can control my food when I travel and accumulate food storage

I LOVE MY FREEZE DRYER

It is very expensive to buy prepackaged freeze dried food I ve been able to freeze dry and preserve many food items with my size medium Harvest Right Freeze Dryer I especially like honey dew melons I have successfully freeze dried items that I can t find commercially freeze dried I love the versatility of choosing what I want to freeze dry and store for long term I have only needed help from customer service once and they were very helpful and professional I was able to freeze dry many batches on my own before I even needed any help My experiences with Harvest Right have been very positive

Better Food Less Waste

Once I adjusted the door to increase the seal I just read the screen and press the button My first batch was December 4 2023 I have been running batches constantly I look for short-dated produce bulk sales and purchases direct from the producer grower My goal is to reduce food waste and still provide great meals and snacks This is the simplest food preservation method and shelf life is the longest The pump is much quieter than I expected It has exceeded my expectations

I ve been reading about a freeze-dryer for a couple of years and finally pulled the trigger on Black Friday after a friend showed me hers and let me sample some foods I m in love It s run non-stop since it arrived Candy for my kids nieces for Christmas plus fruits veggies for us big kids We love it all I see us using this for healthier snacks and having kitchen staples on-hand like diced vegetables for omelettes pizza and soups starters I ve canned and frozen foods for years I love adding freeze dried to my repertoire of food preservation
