Great Shopping Experience Edinburgh Store

Needed to spend a HN gift card so went to the Edinburgh store to buy perfume Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable One particular member took the time to help me find the perfect one Great experience I ll definitely be back

Order cancellation speedily resolved

After mistakenly placing an order for cosmetics that I would be unable to return I urgently needed to cancel From reading negative reviews on trust pilot I was anxious that I would be able to receive good help however my experience was the complete opposite I called after 5pm and unfortunately the lines were closed so I sent an email asking to cancel my order I received a response within an hour that this would be actioned and confirmation sent I followed this up the next morning and received prompt response that this was done Thanks HN for sorting and the positive easy experience

Really good service and help I wanted a designer brand pair of trainers only thing I found very strange and dated was they needed my card details over the phone Bless the sales guy he told me its very secure - I did say that is exactly what a fraudster would say and you could have been a customer passing a ringing phone and picked it up Harvey Nichols - you do need to move with the times and make this service more secure for your customers

I visited Harvey Nichols today with the intent of buying a T-shirt for my 24 year old son Although my experience of the service in this store has been largely very positive this assistant went the extra mile He was helpful knowledgeable and appropriately humorous He should really be applauded for this Unfortunately I was not able to purchase the item I chose as it was reserved for a private client

Rob who worked with Heron Preston was extremely helpful in helping me source a item from another store in the right size I needed He really went above and beyond and I hope that he will be recognised for doing so Absolutely amazing customer service
