Brilliant Customer Service

At first my experience wasn t great I d received batch of salt blocks in damaged state Then I wrote a feedback to Harvey to explain my issue but to my biggest surprise the message was tracked and i got an apology immediately with a new batch of item sent to me The items arrived securely and were properly secured on this occasion In the end I was left pleased with the customer service and the kind gesture of resending a new batch without any hesitation Thank you Harvey 5 years on and I m still happy with this company

I had a bit of an issue with my latest delivery of salt Several blocks had been danaged in transit I contacted Harveys customer services via email to highlight the issue Aleigha responded within a few hours and asked for a photo which I sent and I was immediately credited with 3 packs of salt onto my account Things can go wrong with couriers occasionally and the test of a good company is how they deal with it Harveys response was very fast and very understanding OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS ALEIGHA
