Hastings legal made both the selling of my flat and onward purchase incredibly seamless Ron Hastings came to do my appraisal the morning after my enquiry and his knowledgeable suggestions helped me make sure my property was ready to market My marketing package brought out the very best in my flat and I have no doubt helped sell it so successfully especially the drone footage My sale was handled brilliantly by Jan who was always available at the end of the phone to answer questions and was always so helpful and honest I found the communication throughout the whole thing second to none - with so many knowledgeable staff working as a team - it s no wonder it all felt seamless to me My solicitor for both was Vicky Maxwell - with the expertise and confidence Vicky has I knew everything was in good hands but it s her personable approach that is a cut above the rest - with every meeting phone call left feeling positive They say that moving home is one of the great stresses in life but Hastings made this feel rather easy and for that I am so happy I went with them
