I m from New Mexico now living in Stone Mtn GA Atlanta and have always loved Hatch green chiles This year chiles are amazing Received my chiles on Friday roasted them the next day Made chile rellanos that day then froze the rest Unfroze and made more rellanos the next weekend for my brother also from NM and sister in law Everyone loved them I wish I could send pictures as I have them from when the chiles arrived and through the roasting process which I did on the grill

They came in one day

They came in one day Overnight like promised Beautiful box full of gorgeous hatch chiles All perfectly ripe I m just finishing roasting and freezing for the long winter here in upstate NY BTW the reason I ordered them was because none were available here at any of our local grocery stores Found a bunch of them at Price Chopper last year
