I was nervous about spending 40 on a hat but what I received was better than expected I absolutely recommend this store Only place I could find where I could legit buy 1 hat as opposed to having to buy in bulk

My hat had the wrong design the problem was resolved fast and free of charge

I had ordered a hat and a mistake was made in the design when I had received it I didn t notice until a couple days later that the colors were wrong and emailed them about the issue Their customer service was extremely helpful and offered among other options to send a brand new hat with the correct design which I obviously chose free of charge Overall I had a great experience with them and their pr team is incredible I will continue buying hats from them as I see fit Edit I forgot to mention that it was a custom hat design with the actual design itself wrong not the hat And Erlind and Aziz both were great helps to helping fix the problem I love the layout of the website also as it s really easy to use and I recommend it to other people Good quality hats for not a bad price either considering it s online

I ordered a few hats one came wrong I got in touch with Aziz in customer service and found out that the hat I was looking for had the wrong description on it adult rather than youth hat Aziz gave me a few options including a refund or picking another hat he went as far as providing me links to hats he thought Id like Sure enough one of his picks was it Im waiting now for the right hat and even got to keep the wrong hat I was hesitant at first to order from around the world but Aziz was great at taking care of the mix up and fun to chat with too As someone who spends way too much money on hats every year Ill certainly be ordering here again

Awesome store in Sweden not Denmark as I mistakenly thought Shipped for free to US with purchase of 50 I believe got to east coast within 2 weeks They carry hats you cant really find in the US anymore Awesome Store will definitely purchase from again
