No aftersales at Haval SA
I bought Haval Jolion September 2021 brand new December it started giving me problems till today I got stuck 3 times in the middle on of where as a female in this cruel world and I contacted their customer care which does not care then I send mails to Head office they also don t care to even respond to my emails because Haval Fourways where I bought the car also no one bothers to respond to my email I was feeling dealership is my second home because every second month I have to take my car in Their after sales does not exist big time and I REGRET buying the vehicle

What a nightmare
What a nightmare firstly let me say that the Haval H6 is a great car to drive I really enjoy it but when it comes to aftersales service this is where your troubles start from a unprofessional and arrogant dealer principal to a salesman who was very happy to take the commission from my sale but walks away when the issue gets complicated in fairness I was told by the DP that the salesman could only lend an ear and help with bookings nothing else I am just not used to this kind of mediocrity in short I had a vibration at 125 - 129 km h Due to the very customer unfriendly TAR System which works on a process of elimination it took 3 months to get this repaired My question is every time there is a major issue on this vehicle is it going to take months to get it repaired Unacceptable I am now the proud owner of a vehicle that has had a rear differential replacement at just under 3000 km s I have lost faith in the vehicle and the company but as they say you get what you pay for I will be selling this car and moving on

very bad after sales service and parts are not available when needed
I love my Havel H2 after sales service is bad I had an accident on the 25 02 2024 and my vehicle to date is waiting for parts at the repair agent being Ross Champion I was advised last week that the parts are on back order and will take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive In the interim what am I supposed to do I have been issued with a courtesy vehicle from my insurers for 1 month and that ended 03 04 2024 I called Haval and asked for assistance with a courtesy vehicle until my vehicle gets fixed but was told their vehicles were loaned out 2 weeks ago until today nobody has tried to reach out with assistance as I am currently stuck without a vehicle that I am still paying for and still under warranty this a total inconvenience which was not anticipated when I purchased nobody tells you that parts will have to come from overseas when needed totally not on as I still have to wait till God knows when

Haval The worst coise you can make
I bought my H6 HEV on 27 May 2024 Appartfrom having issues with the brakes the hybrid actuator on my car switches on and off while the car is locked My car is at the dealer now for the third time and it s been there from 31 October 2024 Apparently there is a technical representative coming to have a look tomorrow The car is at the dealership now for a month with no positive feedback Haval after sales service seems non existent

Terrible experience with Haval the brand And Haval silverlakesI am absolutely disgusted with the service I ve received at Haval Silverlakes I would strongly advise anyone considering servicing or buying a car from them to think twice My car s engine light came on while I was driving to work so I called my warranty roadside assistance only to be left high and dry with zero help What s the point of a warranty if it doesn t help in a time of need I then contacted Haval Silverlakes and they encouraged me to drive my car to them which I refused to do After much hassle I had to call my insurance and with some assistance I finally managed to get my car towed to Haval Not once did they offer any help or guidance during this process After servicing my car they claimed the issue was the battery and quoted me for a replacement However the battery they suggested was the wrong size I replaced it only for the engine light to come back on immediately after driving home I called them again and they had me bring the car back Since then my car has been sitting at Haval Silverlakes since Monday with no updates and no progress The customer service here is atrocious Every time I called they promised to call me back but I never received any follow-up I had to constantly chase them for updates and even then they didn t provide real answers Their latest claim is that a rat chewed through my car s wires an explanation that makes absolutely no sense especially considering my garage s solar wiring is perfectly fine Now they re saying they had to replace the entire electrical harness due to the rats chewing a wire I can t help but feel they re just covering up their incompetence and replacing the whole system in order to stop the engine light from coming on What s even more concerning is that Haval didn t notice the damaged wires during the initial inspection which makes me question their entire diagnostic process To top it all off they can t even offer a courtesy car When I called Haval headquarters to lodge a complaint they had no idea who I should talk to or how to proceed I was left on hold for what felt like forever with music blaring in my ear only to eventually have the call dropped I ve called numerous times trying to get through to a manager who promised me they would get back to me but I m still waiting Got my car back eventually Just to have the engine light come on again thousands of rands later Haval Silverlakes is a complete mess with no communication no accountability and no customer service to speak of This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare I deeply regret purchasing a car from Haval The warranty they offer is meaningless just a sales pitch I ve had enough and will be looking to get rid of my Haval car as soon as possible Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this brand you ll only end up frustrated and paying for poor service

This brand will ruin you Pathetic organisation don t expect anything after you have spent your hard-earned money Their Customer Service team manager and senior leaders are all pathetic too Don t expect to speak to someone in management and even if you do they will likely dismiss you If they caused an error like ordering the wrong part number they won t do anything to assist you even if it is 9 months down the line and you re waiting on a car you paid cash for and lost business because of This brand will ruin you They even let their customer experience staff respond to a lawyer s request with measly feedback and completely refuse to provide the needed information After 3 cars I won t ever consider them again and I will get rid of anything to do with them as well Highly suggest everyone does the same
