Unlawful Refusal of Refunds
I am utterly disappointed with my experience with Hawaa Clothing Their blatant disregard for consumer rights and UK law is unacceptable Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers are entitled to a FULL REFUND within 14 days of receiving the goods NOT an exchange or gift card Hawaa Clothing refuses to acknowledge their legal obligations and what is most disheartening is that this experience is not unique to myself A close friend of mine encountered the same issue with Hawaa Clothing facing the same unreasonable denial of a refund within the legally mandated timeframe I urge anyone considering purchasing from Hawaa Clothing to think twice before doing so Their actions are not only unethical but also illegal

Wish I had read the reviews for Hawa clothing before placing order Ordered thobe for my nephew needed a medium 58 but placed order for large 58 Emailed them with in minutes of payment going through to amend order at 07 30 on Thursday kept emailing and no response I now have email saying my parcel has been shipped it s Friday 13 15 this is the worst experience I have ever had online Can t get a refund etc

Paypal claim required to get postage refunded
Item was fine wrong size though so I attempted an exchange A few days later I was surprised to receive a partial refund - excluding postage After several back and forth emails in which I was told that the company doesn t refund postage costs which contravenes the consumer rights act 2015 I opened a PayPal claim in order to finally receive the refund for postage I can see I m not the only one who s had similar issues with returns Perhaps the company needs to do some internal training on the law regarding distance selling

I haven t receiver my refund this is disgraceful robnax I have ordered and due to bigger abaya and the scarf being a different size I have Contacted I have contacted them on several occasions where they have not responded I also have tried emailing them still no refund issued Its now been 3 weeks and I have had no response I am very disappointed and very angry I need you to refund my moneys the bank will be taking action if this is not done in the next 3 working days disgraceful never ordering again from this website very very disappointed

BEWARE BEWARE
BEWARE i was chasing for well over a month to do a rreturn from an exchange and when i finally got a refund it was 20 short ontop of that they sent me an invoice for 12 01 instead of giving the outstanding amount that they owe me NEVER again and dont trust they dont give you a full refund SCAM total SCAM I have been chasing my 20 but they seem to ignore my emails
