Friendly service and great hay

I have been a hay box customer for nearly 2 years and absolutely love it It s been such a pleasure We have tried the different types of hay until we found the one that works best for our obnoxiously fussy buns - couldn t be more pleased The quality is always great and hay is dust free It s also so cost effective which is very helpful during the current climate As you can imagine every so often over 2 years there have been a few hiccups with my delivery which was always the delivery companies fault never an issue with haybox Across the 2 or so instances Richard has been great and resolved the issue straight away with a quick response and great outcome I m staying put

Best Bulk Hay

Bought from Hay Box after having a very poor experience with another company and I could not be happier with this service The hay is so fresh and green my guinea pigs now popcorn at the sound of ANY cardboard box as they think it s their Hay Box hay Hay arrived within less than 24 hours after ordering despite delivery stating it would be 3-5 days Very chuffed

The best quality timothy hay

I have purchased this many times and I must say it s the best timothy hay in the market It smells so fresh and fragrant and is such a wonderful bright green colour My bunnies absolutely LOVE this they dive for it as soon as I open the bag D It also keeps their digestive systems healthy I never have any health or teeth issues with them because of it and its nutritional fibre content The delivery time is good and the amount you get in each bag Thank you I ll always come back for more Only the best for my bunnies

Delivery mistake

I have been using haybox for years and my hay has always been delivered without any problems On one occasion there was a mistake with my order after getting in touch with haybox the mistake was rectified and a new box was sent out My rabbits and guinea pigs are now very happy eating their Timothy hay and I am very happy with the customer service thank you haybox

Have used HayBox for my Guinea pigs for the past couple of years now My piggies won t entertain other hay from other companies I use all of the hays and in my opinion it smells so fresh and is lovely and green depending on the time of year If I have had any problems with deliveries the staff at hay box have been second to none They are so helpful caring and obliging I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and you can be sure your little furries will be very happy Thank you HayBox

Incredibly fresh green hay which smells amazing My Guinea pigs love this compared to hay brought in chain stores Great value too - works out cheaper than chain stores and lasts ages Fast delivery and excellent customer services
