What can i say Good old fashioned service at the coypool plymouth branch Got another fridge freezer for my dad Within 10 minutes new one was loaded into the back of my car They even told my dad dont bother to register the product for a guarantee just come back here and well sort it out for you Excellent service from great staff cannot fault

A family run company of the highest order Their company motto is A company in pursuit of excellence They certainly reach that Liskeard Bude are the two stores we have dealt with and service is second to none The staff are friendly but professional Their knowledge is first class and the gentleman that deliver install are also top class Many of the staff have been there a long time which say a lot about the company

Best Customer Service

Great store who could not do more to keep their customers happy Price matched a washing machine from AO including a discount code we had for them There was an initial issue with delivery but they sorted this promptly and was always kept updated The delivery team were great and got the product in the gap even though it was difficult to do without a single complaint The machine had an initial issue not HBH s fault and they came out to look again promptly Although still having issues with the product again not HBH s fault it is being dealt with in the appropriate manor The customer service from the Plymouth store is 5 and I will always return to them over larger retailers in future

It would be hard to find a company with better customer service than HBH Woollacott s The staff are friendly and knowledgeable on all the items they stock The pricing may match other stores but the service is second to none I would strongly recommend visiting this company before going elsewhere

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I have received exceptional customer care from Lauren who is brilliant She was so patient with me and found the correct Fridge freezer to replace my broken integrated one and arranged for it to be delivered and fitted 24 hours later Now you don t get that service in many places So happy to have found a family run retailer and even better in Cornwall where you sometimes have to wait for things to be delivered The guys who came to fit it were very polite and efficient If I could give 10 I would SUPERB

An excellent local company

It s been a real pleasure dealing with this local company Matt in the Barnstaple shop was very quick in replying to my queries the bluray player was delivered earlier than expected the price was very competitive I will certainly be considering Woolacotts next time I need an electrical item

Woolacotts in Wadebridge - excellent store

Used Woolacotts in Wadebridge three times now and each time the service has been excellent Corrina assisted us in store Ben and Travis delivered and installed our TV and Sonos and were friendly polite and extremely helpful

I have used Woolacotts Bude for many years I have always been very happy with the service I have received I recently purchased a new hoover but needed some help with the direct debit so I popped in today and was served by GUS who was friendly and really helpful and sorted everything out for me Great Service Thank you

Delivery staff

After the non pushy staff at the Wadebridge store I purchased a fridge freezer over the phone The two delivery staff couldn t had been more helpful by possitioning the large appliance in a tight corner in the kitchen Thank you to them and I must add the purchase was a good price
