Wrong items delivered

I purchased a set of 3 pictures but received not what I ordered Wrong items were delivered to me by mistake And for the last ten days I m trying to contact them to see how I could return what they sent and receive what I ordered and no response Do avoid this company The quality of posters are also quite bad as someone mentioned before P S no one got back to me yet 18 09

Very poor quality and customer service

Website promises 3 working day delivery and has been a week and no sign of the items or communication regarding delivery I have contacted them by email twice and through social media and have had no reply There are no online reviews for this website and they don t accept refunds which is illegal for online sales I would suggest staying awayUPDATE Items arrived eventually but we re very poor quality I asked for a refund and received no response for about a month Then received one email response and nothing after that Requested a refund through Amex and it was successful given they have no customer serviceAlso notice how it took them 4 months to respond to this review

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Don t make the same mistake I did

This company will send out incredibly low quality items with bowed perspex then refuse to provide you with a full refund because they don t accept returns They take weeks to reply to emails and you have to constantly nudge them I wish I had seen the other reviews before purchasing from their Facebook Ads

Another disappointing review

Unfortunately another disappointing experience to add 7 days after purchasing a set I am still in the dark about where my order is Again many emails unanswered Now having to work on resolving this instead of enjoying my purchase Customer service in great need of attention

Do not buy from this company The website reviews and everything else must be fake The quality of the prints is absolutely shocking and then they do not respond to any attempt to contact them No phone number and emailed multiple times with no response Additionally cannot actually see any mention of them from any of the brands they claim have endorsed them - GQ M S home etc Very falsely advertised product and company
