Better to switch than wait

Headphones com is great to work with especially when their suppliers let them down I waited almost 9 months for Audeze to ship MM-100 s but gave up waiting Alan managed to let me have an HD-650 and a case for the GO blu I ordered right away and all for the original price Now that s customer service

I loved it

Very well built great quality sound and battery lasts forever In my use of around 12h day with on pc at volume 30 40 the battery lasts during 8days One important thing to say it that they are a little heavy but i got used to it fast And the headband makes the weight balance better and for me it felt lighter than it actually is

Customer service exceeds expectations

I had some technical issues getting my Qutest up and running Although it was an open box final sale Headphones com support was fantastic They overnight shipped a new owners manual usb cord and provided technical support to get me up and running despite my unusual setup I couldn t ask for more And by the way the DAC is exceptional

I purchased the Audeze Maxwell headset which is by far one of the if not the best headphones I have used to date The shipment and tracking information on a step by step basis was phenomenal Product was exactly as described couldn t ask for more

The Focal Elex headphones are terrific

The Focal Elex headphones are terrific sounding and are a great value They were delivered in 3-4 days and were packaged excellently All the accessories were there Great job When I get tired of the Focals I ll upgrade to another from you not for a while sorry
