Excellent Customer Service with Access to Real Person
I bought a new headset from The Headset Store The customer service was excellent I had questions about which model was suitable and was able to chat with a human immediately who was very patient and helpful What a refreshing difference to just having a bot that never answers questions properly I appreciated this access to a knowledgeable real person as it saved me loads of time trawling the internet

I always come to The Headset Store they are a local company who are friendly and helpful They offer advise and if anything goes wrong as it occasionally can do they put things right promptly I really wouldn t go anywhere else for my phone solutions They have never let me down 5 stars is just not enough
