Horrible customer service...no return policy

I purchased their product, Ultimate Methylene Blue, on 06/26/2025 for $61.85. After receiving their product I tried it twice, only 10 drops, and then realized that their product could be deadly to me because of medication that I'm taking for PTSD from combat. I immediately wrote to the company and explained that I couldn't take their product due to other medication that I was prescribed and I asked for a refund. They explained that they could not accept the product back due to their policy. I explained that two of the 3 bottles were still wrapped and sealed in their packaging, never opened, and I would gladly return them. They are refusing to refund my money and I've only had their product for three days. This is completely unacceptable.

Subscription

The only issue i had was i did not see any request for a subscription my order was for a one off, I did get an instant email and they obligingly cancelled subscription and have conversed with me the money taken out will be refunded, I will let you know if money is refunded shortly
