Perfect night s sleep

I have been using this for around 2 months and I swear by it for a full nights sleep I used to be awake after 2hrs tossing and turning so when I saw this advertised I thought why not give it a go and I haven t looked back every night I get a minimum of 7hrs and I m only disturbed by my neighbours bedroom alarm going off as they never turn it off straight away

Love healthy metal I ve struggled to add a magnesium supplement into my daily routine as I have adhd and I find it hard to create new habits but this is so tasty I look forward to having it every day I have also been sleeping better and have more energy during the day Love this product

Have been taking Healthy Metal for over a month now and can honestly say I am sleeping better If I waken during the night I find I get back to sleep ok
