Had my log burner fitted today and I m absolutely over the moon with it Dermot from heat matters really knows his stuff I have never met such polite and professional tradesmen They turned up on time and just got on with the job All 3 guys were amazing They left my room spotless and even give me a demonstration of how it works Dermot also provides kiln dried logs at a really good price and he does servicing of fires and chimney sweeps I would definitely recommend Heat-matters for their professionalism and politeness Thank you so much guys

Dermot came to my house yesterday I ve never written a review before but I feel that due to his outstanding work he deserve this recognition He is a total perfectionist and that is coming from someone with OCD He was friendly tidy and I would recommend him to anyone

Brilliant stove fitters

My son had a stove and fireplace fitted by Dermot and it was so well done we gave him a call He talked us through all the options and left a stack of books with us while we decided with no hard sell or pressure to make a quick decision which was great for us as never had a stove before and terrible at choosing Once decided Dermot gave us a competitive quote quickly and was flexible with an installation date Arrived on time very clean and tidy covered all our floors to keep dust out as much as possible Fire was fitted in a day and it is perfect and Dermot showed us how to work it Very happy all round and love the new fireplace would highly recommend

Three sided gas fire

I had three separate quotes from three different companies to supply fit and build a media wall with a three sided gas fire It was a complex job to do purely because of which wall I wanted the fire to go on I definitely chose the right person to do the job Dermot did an unbelievable job he was honest trustworthy and he gave his professional advice to help me achieve a knockout fire on my media wall I would highly recommend Dermot
