The Table top heater is as fantastic as the short video clip describes on the website All people around the table feel the warmth we can sit out in freezing temperatures for several hours The team at Heat Outdoors kept me informed from purchase to delivery and through tricky times when shipment was delayed in port I was communicated with estimated time of delivery The service was excellent and definitely recommend them Thank you

Great experience when purchasing an outdoor heater Would certainly buy from them again Had a minor issue with one of the parts but it was easy to contact them friendly customer service and replacement part sent out immediately we later misplaced a screw and once again it was easy to contact them great customer service and replacement sent free of charge next day

Great company to buy from purchased a London gas lamp patio heater excellent performance Also purchased a santini flame heater they had some problems with a delivery but always kept us informed and refunded our payment immediately I received the santini heater this week at a special price due to the delay Again excellent quality and fantastic performance so much so I have just ordered another one thanks to all the staff at Heat Outdoors Denis and Jacqui Taylor

I heard about the company from a colleague and order a Fatboy patio heater for our workshop It arrived the following day and is an amazingly efficient heater The day after I decided I needed a stand and they were happy to include for no charge an extension flex A great company with excellent service Highly recommended

Despite a long wait for the heater to arrive and we were warned at the outset that there would be a long run-in to receiving it this company kept us informed about the delays of involved in shipping and offered to refund at any time I have to say the wait was worth it because the table-top heater is a very handsome piece of kit which gives out beautiful direct heat Just waiting for the rain to stop before we take the party for two outside

This is clearly a company that cares about its customers I won t go into details but I was treated fairly and they resolved my issue better than I was expecting I m very pleased I found them Yeah you can get similar cheaper but you get what you pay for and they sell high quality goods I m just a home user but they value custom regardless of volume Don t hesitate to use them
