I needed a boiler replaced quickly in winter as my old one suddenly broke down irretrievably I asked 5 different contractors for quotes and the only one to reply was Heat for Homes on the same day I sent out my requests The work was done very quickly and well and additional work also without extra charge At a later date I enquired from Heat for Homes about a problem I had with a radiator which was nothing to do with their work Someone phoned me back from Heat for Homes the same day and answered my query I cannot praise Heat for Homes highly enough

Connor attended on 18 09 2023 and gets top marks for being polite professional and a pleasure to deal with He diagnosed the boiler fault left briefly to buy the necessary part fit it as well and serviced the boiler The boiler worked for a couple of hours but then became problematic again David Brook boss who schedules the appointments is really charming and personable There was a delay of several days before another appointment could be arranged for a gas engineer Liam to attend on 23 09 2023 troubleshoot and purchase another part which seems to have restored a constant hot water supply Liam invested a lot of time and energy to resolve my boiler issue and could not have been more pleasant and diligent David Brook apologised for the delay in scheduling another appointment quickly to rectify my boiler issue That apology is appreciated

We used Heat for homes for two properties at the same time and must say they are absolutely great From intital consultation installation and completion a thoroughly decent team Liam Paul and Mim left my property clean and tidy worked tirelessly to change a 30 year boiler system with its own complications Including piggy Bank symbol on my old system Answers on a postcard please old pictures included As a Landlady it was also important that the service provided to my tenant also matched the service I received Which it did Both teams worked well cleanly efficiently and overcame any issues which occurred simply without concern of my tenant or I The boss is reliable true to his word and keeps you informed of any issues that arose quick to then offer remedies to these and organise without complaint or further cost to client If you need a great company to install heating systems please consider this company 5 5 star rating from us Thank you
