I always look forward to a visit from Heatglow because I know my boiler service will always be efficiently carried out and any concerns I have are always answered Some of the radiators were not working efficiently and a return appointment to wash out the sludge in the radiators will solve that problem Heatglow gives me peace of mind and I am very grateful

Replacement of Central Heating Boiler

Very pleased with all aspects of dealing with HeatGlow in connection with the replacement of my central heating boiler My initial enquiry the subsequent visit by Gareth and the presentation of their proposal was very efficient and professional On the day of installation they arrived punctually The flue had to be completely changed to meet current regulations This involved hiring a cherry picker so that they could gain access to the roof which was beyond the range of ladders The whole installation commissioning process went smoothly Gareth programmed the system and showed me how to alter the timings and temperatures if I needed to The system has been running for 3 weeks and I am very happy with it I would thoroughly recommend HeatGlow and already have to some neighbours - I normally don t make recommendations Jeff D
