Update Bumping this review to 5 star as HeatPumps4Pools have been more than patient and understanding They have kept my ticket on their site open all this time checking in every few weeks waiting until I have had time to setup and fully test this heat pump The weather has finally allowed me to do this and I am happy to say that I have an awesome heat pump supplied by a great company On reflection the issue I experienced are with the delivery company HeatPumps for pools have gone more than the extra mile to make sure that things are working and I am happy I will be using them again for future needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone For the sake of people s safety and supporting the NHS buy a complete home pool setup from HeatPumps4Pools and step home in your own garden this summer Thanks again HeatPumps4Pools and thanks David for your dedication to resolve my ticket Old initial review Heat pump has arrived in a damaged box with parts spilling out everywhere I have contacted HeatPumps4Pools before opening the product but my emails apparently ended up in a spam filter Having raised a ticket on their site they have since been in touch and are advising on the contents There was no delivery date when ordered which was disappointing but the item did arrive in only a few days
