Nice designs and the lenses seem good for the price but the pair I brought snapped shortly after buying them The fell from around 1 metre to the ground the left arm connection snapped instantly So despite the initial positive reaction of this brand the reality is these sunglasses are not great quality at all Very brittle plastic and flimsy connection points of the frame

Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses from them I received them about a month ago and it took about 2 weeks to get from California to Eastern Canada so not too bad I didn t have any shipping issues was able to track the package easily didn t need to contact customer service Website is easy to navigate Pricing seems a bit high on some of the models and the glasses aren t any better quality than others you would purchase You re basically paying for the novelty of them Only issue is that the Vise type seem to slide off your nose easier than the Lazer Face type Love the look of the glasses they are very comfortable and they definitely turn heads I would recommend them and will most likely be buying more

Great customer service

Had a little issue with delivery not the fault of HeatWave more a carrier issue but their customer service guy Kyle was quick to respond was there to help find a resolution My son loves this brand the company is off the charts with their customer service
