Heera Diamonds provided us with both my engagement ring and our wedding bands The service was impeccable the whole team are super friendly and helpful but a special mention must go to Jimmy Unfortunately we had a bad experience with a jeweller based in the States for the initial engagement ring and I found it all very upsetting We came to see Jimmy at Heera and he immediately put the smile back on my face and turned the situation around providing us with the most beautiful ring There was no doubt in our minds we would be returning for our wedding bands A very special thank you must go out to Jimmy and the team at Heera I would highly recommend them Charlotte Steve

Best jeweller in Hatton garden
Charles is a credit to the company He helped me from the moment I walked into the store and on countless calls and WhatsApp messages Everyone in the store is so attentive and they really help to reduce all the stress which comes with an engagement ring We will definitely be back to purchase our wedding bands Thank you

Dimple was absolutely wonderful So helpful and very knowledgeable We didn t feel any pressure to buy and visited a couple of times to make sure we found the perfect ring We celebrated our purchase with prosecco which was a lovely touch Thank you

Dimple was very helpful and such a lovely person
Dimple is such a lovely person very helpful from the start till when I collected the ring She is the reason why I chose Heera to begin with Other staff are also very welcoming and pleasant The bespoke ring I bought from Heera was so perfect and elegant that I could not believe it I came from another jeweller and I had to cancel my order when I picked it up cause the quality of the diamond was questionable and they told me that I had to add almost 2K GBP just to improve the quality I made the best decision to buy my engagement ring from Heera as their diamonds are not overpriced and shady and the quality is what you get
