What a lovely service

What a lovely service The 2 ladies couldn t have been more helpful I have been here for scans with my twins my little boy and then returned to have a scan to confirm my miscarriage We didn t get much support from the hospital and hello baby rang me a week after to ask if I needed any advice support and were just overall lovely I m returning Saturday for a gender scan for our rainbow baby Such a lovely welcoming service with staff that really do care and treat you like friends

Well were do i start i had my early gender scan today at hello baby in st helens it was phenomenal to say the least the ladies where awesome Start to finish it was a lovely environment very clean and well presented The sonographer and lady behind the desk made me feel so calm and comfortable they were very passionate about their job and showed a high level of professionalism I would most definitely recommend this company i will be returning for my later 3d 4d scan i can not fault these ladies The cannon packed a punch and the little touch at the end with the picture and feather stole my heart so simple but yet so effective and the little touches matter the most What a pefect day its been we are all over the moon Thank you to each and every one of the staff members there today it was the best day ever

I came to Hello Baby at 13 weeks for a scan and was told they could tell me the gender I was slightly sceptical as it was so early but the lady who was scanning me did everything in her power to reassure me including making me have a walk around and come back because baby was hiding their genitals from the camera We found out baby is a girl and couldn t be happier as we have 2 boys between us from previous relationships Confirmed by hospital at 20 weeks scan too But most importantly my 4 year old got to be there to find out with us which isn t possible at hospital Thank you so much

Highly recommend

Been here a few times now and they never fail to impress so patient and will even let you have a drink or a bounce on the ball if the scan isn t good enough the first time before booking another appointment Came at 24 weeks for a 4d and I d never seen something so cute would love to see my girl one last time before she s here in 4 weeks time

2 Gender scans

I ve had 2 gender reveals both at exactly 13 weeks and also went weekly with both as it s addictive but the staff are all lovely and do their best to get good photos of the baby Coming back in 2 weeks for my 3rd gender scan can not wait wouldn t use anyone else

We have had a difficult journey with

We have had a difficult journey with ivf and it s had its challenges along the way We have been anxious about this pregnancy and worried but hello baby have been reassuring at each scan and we never feel rushed the scans have really helped us to feel at ease and now our little one is ok We came in for the gender scan and we love the personal touch of the scan with a blue feather it s a boy We also have his heartbeat in an elephant to keep forever Thank you Hello Baby- you re amazing

Have been a few times with different

Have been a few times with different pregnancies and also took my mum for early reassurance and recommended to my friend who was also very happy with her experience The girls are so friendly and kind and was really reassuring got some beautiful clear 4D images too It is a very busy business but was never rushed Also let me me FaceTime my mum and little sister so they could see our new baby with us as they wasn t able to come in person Also very patient and understanding of my 3 other very noisy children we took with us to see their new sibling defo recommend x

Amazing

I first came to Hello Baby back in 2018 with my first pregnancy again in 2020 with my second and again recently with my 3rd Had all my gender scans and 4D scans here and I honestly would not go anywhere else The staff are so amazing and make every visit such a lovely experience can t recommend enough

Came here at 13 weeks for my gender scan to find out I was in fact having a baby girl and not the baby boy sneak peak dna test at home has confirmed the girls was really re assuring and made sure I felt comfortable through out the whole experience Would definitely recommend
