I love using Bonsai for my SME Admin
I love using Bonsai although I must admit that I have yet to explore all of its functionality There s SO much good stuff going on Also tbf being mindful of keeping costs down some functions would require a change in subscription type costs That stuff is not always so easy to find out or transparent My son and daughter-on-law recommended Bonsai to me when I launched my micro business a year ago So grateful they did Responses to any tech issues are prompt and have always given immediate solutions resolution You re kept in the loop with new developments with how to s via email Bonsai team frequently check in to make sure all is well Bonsai staff are friendly polite and oh so competent

I ve been using Bonsai for a little over a year now The platform is perfect for what I need as a small digital marketing company freelance marketer The contracts are so helpful and the invoicing is easy and efficient Having a section to keep track of income expenses that s not excel has been a lifesaver Highly recommend

Great all-in-one solution for freelancers
As an independent web and graphic designer I m happy that I made the switch to Bonsai several years ago The platform was made with freelancers in mind and I use most of the features every day The interface is easy to use and recently underwent a beautiful new facelift I also love how much this company values customer feedback It s awesome to be able to offer suggestions for new features and then a little time goes by and then you find out that new feature you wanted well they did it Customer service is great too I ve only needed help with things a few times and they ve always been able to help me resolve any issues very fast Highly recommend
