Great experience with Hello divorce during tough time in my life

Hello Divorce was a very simple and inexpensive way to get my divorce settlement I am shocked at how seamless they were I didn t quite enjoy that you do everything online I really needed someone to break things down for me over the phone and hold my hand a little bit more Only because I was becoming frustrated with the process Hello Divorce definitely worked with me and my impatience and we paid so little to get this done it was worth it After the filing we were divorced as soon as 3 weeks later I received an email that it was dissolved No court dates judges or anything We have 2 kids and assets and nothing mattered We were taken care of All in in all despite any miscommunications it was a 5 start service I recommend to those who have amicable partners and can handle doing things online I hope I never have to do this again hahahaha ty hellodivorce

Hello Divorce was amazing Until we discovered it my then-wife and I were stuck We knew that we needed to get divorced but it seemed like our only options were attorneys who seemed like they wanted us to spend the money we would otherwise split paying them to duke it out with each other Even worse a nasty fight was exactly what we wanted to avoid for the sake of our child Hello Divorce was perfect for us though - and they had a solution for every single concern we threw at them First my wife was concerned that she wouldn t understand the financial stuff and implications of everything So Hello Divorce paired us with a Certified Divorce Financial Advisor to go account by account and determine the value of all of our assets and how we should think about dividing them She also was able to do calculations for child support and alimony With that information my wife and I were able to come to a tentative agreement Next we needed someone who could help us put our agreement down on paper Hello Divorce had an answer for that too They paired us with a really amazing mediator attorney who was able to guide us through the formalization of our agreement and shake out the final details that we hadn t considered When discussions got heated he was adept at de-escalating and keeping things on track which I was super grateful for Once we had an agreement mapped out my wife was concerned that because a mediator attorney is there to guide both of us with our wishes not the interests and rights of either party specifically that she would be giving up rights that she might regret later Again Hello Divorce had the answer They paired her up with a consulting attorney who gave her guidance suggested things to consider and reviewed the contract revisions - but who wouldn t be ethically compelled to turn our negotiation into a contentious fight to the death death of our relationship that is which will be important as we co-parent our child My wife was then able to bring the points she discussed with her attorney to our mediator and me for discussion and we worked through a way to address all her points one by one as a team I felt pretty comfortable with my understanding of my rights and the agreement so we saved the money on an attorney to advise me With the plan we paid for which was one of the higher levels we got a person assigned to our divorce who was there over phone or email whenever either of us had questions or concerns Once we finally got our agreement finalized it was time to file - and we learned that the processing times in our county would mean that we might need to wait for 8-12 months to officially finalize the divorce But Hello Divorce had a solution for that too We paid a little extra to have a private judge who would personally stamp our case and file it with the county Uber for divorce judges Amazing in as little as 8 weeks So we gladly did that Signing was a breeze too Hello Divorce set up a virtual notary who was able to notarize our documents online so we didn t even need to leave the house All in all I think this service is amazing I could see how it might not work for couples who can t stand each other and really don t ever want to talk with each other again but it just seems crazy to me that anyone would pay so much money to attorneys when using Hello Divorce and being mature about the need to move on can leave so much more money to the couple post-divorce I m fairly confident that our complicated divorce would have cost 10-15x what we paid had we gone the traditional route No joke I recommend the service wholeheartedly
