I stayed in the solstice apartments in Orlando Florida and I have used landing a lot in various cities but this was one of the best experiences I ve had with them Chase from Orlando was extremely helpful and was a joy to work with as well as all of the staff in the leasing office Would absolutely be back and recommend this area

Great Service and Apartment for a Temporary Relocation for work

Called Landing to assist with temporary housing for work in the Raleigh NC area Ashley was very helpful and answered every question we had set us up and by the afternoon we had our reservation complete Very easy process and the apartment is great homey and will be perfect for the amount of time we will be in Raleigh Thanks Ashley and Landing for a great experience

Thumbs up for Landing in Phoenix AZ

It looked like Landing was going to be an excellent alternative to my finding a furnished apartment on my own I am going to be in Phoenix for 6 to 8 months and know nothing of the area i have been here 1 month Although difficult to qualify into Landings system IT issues once finally accepted the rest was effortless The apartment is quiet in a gated complex with many upscale amenities The furnishings are equal to the ambiance of the complex Support after check-in might have been more helpful but still was better than past air B B experiences All in all I am happy having chosen Landing

I heard some mixed things before signing up but it fit my lifestyle for the time being so I decided to move forward anyways And let me tell you it was an amazing experience April K truly made the experience for us she continuously went above and beyond for us I seriously don t know what we would ve done without her She was always there to help and do whatever she could to make our moving and living experience amazing For the first month or two I had about every question in the book I think I was messaging April at least once or twice a week but she was always super helpful and got back to me quickly I wouldn t want to do this again without April K as my local area general manager - Ian S Anna C

Landing apartment at Griffis South

Landing apartment at Griffis South Waterfront was great Nice size 1 bedroom apartment with a view of downtown and river 2 TVs Perfectly located 1 block from OHSU and 3 blocks from Portland Aerial Tram to hospitals on the hill Karsan our Landings rep went out of her way to help us We appreciate her can do attitude From little things like running out of paper towels to big things like updating our reservation a couple of times because our dates needed to be changed Always with a SMILE Safe neighborhood where you can walk your dog Would recommend Landings

The apartment is great It does have all the kitchen stuff you need Does need a crockpot or air fryer I have no complaints

I had a couple questions on my upcoming Landings bill for November 2023 and Fran in accounting was able to answer them along with explaining the checkout process for Landings since I am transferring from SC to GA at month end I was also very pleased because this was all handled on a Sunday morning which most companies are closed
