Their customer service is very poor The lowest rating is 1 but I wanted to rate them 0 I have been waiting for them to resolve my pending transaction for more than 48 hours but every time I contact their customer support keep on saying the issue will be resolved within 48 hours

Hello paisa is fraud

I will not give any star this is rubbish company please do not attempt they r fraud and don t transfer any money to this company I had a very very bad experience with them Thank you

Terrible Customer support Agent live and not even responsive Franck Luamba Kept asking questions and getting ignored I had an emergency to sort and dude just seemed chilled after sending me an automated Hello Just as well am quitting this shi y app before risking my funds

This company deserves 0 I sent money to my mother 4 days ago from United Kingdom to South Africa and she hasn t received her money I tried calling customer service and they are very rude and offer poor customer service before you even finish talking they hang up on you especially the male consultant I keep telling them my problem and all they say is we have escalated the issue even when I have given them all the required information about my transaction All I want is my money I work too hard for it

Blocked account

They blocked my account just after my salary was paid the reason being suspicion of fraud activities How can they suspect fraud where as i only recieve money from 2 companies that i work for and for the past 3 years i have been recieving funds from only those 2 companies They didnt even send me a notification massage to say account has been blocked Imagin after eating in a restaurant only to find out acc is blocked on paying your bill Very embarrasing Hellopaisa people are very very unprofessional

Account suspected fraud

Am totally disappointed i sold a car to someone R61650 was transferred to my account when i try to withdraw on atm its declining app i cant transact its saying suspected fraud my car is gone for free and last i had same experience with them am really hurt i wish they resolve this matter Asap
