This was an excellent trip and a great company to book through The driver Maciek contacted us the evening before to confirm pick up time and kept us informed of any changes due to traffic Maciek was very kind and helpful He went out of his way to point out places of interest on the way to and from the zoo He gave us a helpful map of the zoo and told us some interesting facts about its history He also gave us carrots to feed the animals and had Polish sweets for us to try I would thoroughly recommend this trip
