HH Warranty
My first ever purchase of HH gear was in August of 2021 in the spring of 2022 I inquired about how to get warranty for my gear After a few email exchanges I was informed that I would be credited the amount of my purchase instead of getting the item fixed I understand why they chose to provide the credit and am happy with how they handled the inquiry Because of my recent experience I will happily recommend HH gear and will continue to purchase their products

Shipping Issue Resolved Quickly
We had a shipping issue where our package arrived opened and two items were not in the package Rhianne from customer relations was able to quickly and easily help us resolve our issue and initiate a new shipment for us We love Helly Hansen products and we truly appreciate their quality customer service as well

My husband bought me a rain jacket last
My husband bought me a rain jacket last year for Christmas but I didn t wear it until October I discovered that one of the pockets hadn t been factory sealed While it did take a little longer to hear back than expected when I did hear back they promptly issued a credit in the full amount that we paid I was satisfied with their response

Stand behind their product
Have to give love to a company that stands behind their product 2 year old winter jacket that has warn very well but the main zipper started to fail In very short order after inquiring to HH and providing details a proof of purchase always keep your proof of purchase - Boom store credit for a new jacket Very pleased

Great Customer Service
Customer Service is the most important to me because stuff happens and HH stands behind their products I had an issue with my ski pants HH was able to resolve the issue without making it more difficult for me That s a great way to get a customer for life keep up the good work Thanks Christina

Generous customer service
After six years of use the zipper on my fabulous HH parka failed Although I don t have the receipt Customer Service told me that the parka was still under warranty and gave me a credit of 220 on a future purchase Now that s what I call customer-friendly service Thanks Helly Hansen

Shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes and within 40 minutes of wearing them they had cut my toe where a seam was making a return impossible I just emailed them letting them know my problem and I wasn t expecting anything from them Customer service emailed me back promptly and sent me a store credit after I answered a few of their questions Very impressed with this company and I will definitely order more products from them in the future

Great Customer Service
I had an issue with a pair of waterproof hiking shoes which had developed a leak Customer Services very promptly investigated the issue and replaced the faulty product with no fuss Annie answered my e-mails comprehensively and made me feel that Helly Hansen really do commit to customer service
