I don t recommend it
I don t recommend it you normally would like to have one person that comes every time but with Hemfrid people is changing all the time When you get a new person the first 2 times is quite good but then the quality starts going down One time I came home at the middle of their cleaning times and they were already gone and the house clean And then they said that they were there the hours that they were supposed Supervisors should control more that the cleaners come on time and also the quality of the job

Do not start working here or become Hemfrids client
Cheating part of the salary from their workers which of course are foreigners who doesn t know better No pay for traveling between the clients addresses and time to travel is only about 10 minutes no matter how you are traveling and it easily takes around 60 minutes to change to next clients address They work like 8-9 hours per day but get only 75 pay Quality between the workers varies a lot New ones are doing a good job until they find out how they are being cheated with money and quality of work goes down Understand that Going to change this cleaning company

Terrible experience with the moving
Terrible experience with the moving I have hired Things were poorly packed and I had several items damaged They did not sized the stuff they packed well enough and not all fitted in the truck At the end they were throwing stuff on top of each other on the truck No wonder I had furniture and smaller items scratched and broken A month later I am still trying to receive the insurance money However the amount they want to pay does not cover up the price to replace the items for the exact same one Hire another company it will save you the headache and protect your stuff

How can they still have customers
How can they still have customers Are people that blind or is it laziness This company is by far the worst cleaning company in Sweden You can t find worse than these lowlifes they mostly hire people with no experience in cleaning or talking Swedish that way they don t need to pay a high salary they don t give damn about customers their support leaders and bosses are amazingly fake and will act so nice and service minded but I guarantee that you ll regret if using them I ve experienced the worst cleaning you can imagine and employees telling me how they only work at hemfrid because there isn t any other possibility at the moment but will quit ASAP STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

Makes cleaning complicated
Hemfrid manages to make cleaning so complicated -- it is easier to do it myself Lock-in contract Why not be more confident in your product so you don t need to lock customers into an agreement The cancelation terms are confusing Be sure to cancel before the 15th for example Or say you want to cancel and just pay out the remaining balance and not have them return -- surprise You now must pay additional fees because they have to come do the final cleanings to get the RUT payment Their IT systems are lacking They do a digital meeting initially -- the system was down for hours Or read their app reviews and you see it s quite frustrating I tried to make some changes and failed The hours balance a unique innovation that seems to benefit Hemfrid is confusing You have to help As a customer you get to wash their rags after each cleaning You have to buy a new vacuum because they don t like your Dyson vacuum You provide instructions about what to clean and you make updates that are ignored please dust this plant please wipe this table off ignored More surprises They ve automatically signed you up for window cleaning You get sick and want to cancel 4 days before Prepare to pay a penalty Every month they charge nearly the cost of Netflix just to file for RUT

I booked deep cleaning storst dning with Hemfrid prior to a celebration we were planning to have at home 2 ppl came and spent 3 hours to clean our 53 m2 apartment and did a job that I wouldn t even call cleaning let alone DEEP cleaning They had not even managed to do a proper vacuum cleaning in our living room and had missed to dust several places In total they had missed 13 different cleaning moments compared to what they say will be included in deep cleaning If I pay over 3500 kr to get my tiny apartment clean I expect at least a proper vacuum cleaning and dusting After a lot of discussion with their customer service and providing them with all photos they agreed to reduce 900kr of the price but to be honest I don t even think I should have paid for such a terrible job
