Great experience with Henfield Storage - Record street The entire process from moving belongings into storage with their van to emptying the unit was made easier by the helpful staff Iqbal Mohammad - thank you so much for your help when the collection van didn t arrive in time and for being so understanding The prices are reasonable there is a high level of security and the staff are genuine I would definitely recommend Moving is stressful but they made the process manageable for us

From the start my experience with this company has been exemplary Iqbal was clear courteous knowledgeable and thorough on the phone whilst Mohammad was early for pick-up helped me load and unload and went beyond the call of duty to ensure I was sorted out The price is reasonable for London and I found the space held more than I thought Overall a stress-free and easy experience

I have used Henfield before in the Chiswick branch in London Now in Horsham I needed a 24 hr access container for at least 6 months with relatively short notice This is in a secure yard with 6 digit keypad code access I could not fault the whole process from looking at the container to the free pick up help with loading unloading to swift paperwork Both of the members of staff I dealt with were very helpful and professional Great service Highly recommended Marcus
