Great experience with Henley Cars T A Car360 - bought my Tesla Model Y online picked it up a week later Car was in great condition on collection and collection experience was excellent Took a while to get the car added to the Tesla app but once this was sorted I couldn t be happier Thank you to everyone

The CAR360 model is a little different but works

The CAR360 model is a little different to conventional used car buying because there s no showroom test drives etc which can be a bit off-putting But with endless YouTube reviews of vehicles available and a rock solid return policy from CAR360 it does actually work My 2 year old Model Y Performance is frankly like factory despite having 30k miles The handover and customer services are outstanding If you know which car you want it s a great way to buy a used vehicle I had an issue with the Tesla app being locked to a previous lease and Orlagh and the team stepped in and sorted it with Octopus I now have 2K miles on the vehicle since delivery and couldn t be happier

Now resolved charging issues on the Renault Megane Etech

Having now resolved charging issues on my Renault Megane Etech I believe I was wrong in prematurely blaming Car 360 it appears the issue was principally conflicting charging apps I was unaware in setting properly not helped by my energy supplier giving wrong advice Car 360 have contacted me to assist meanwhile so thankfully the charging issues now gone away Thanks to Tom and his team

This was the first time buying a car online so quite apprehensive phoned Car360 after seeing advert for the car I liked in Autotrader Emma theCar360 sales rep was very good and helpful and talked me through the process and provided me with a fair price for part exchange Delivery and pick up was arranged at time that suited me Neil the driver provided me with updates on the day and a fairly accurate eta he was very courteous and helpful showing me round the car and demonstrating the basics he carried out inspection of part exchange while i gave new car a test drive Excellent service all round and would definitely recommend Car360
